Cycle to Fitness is located in the EASTERN TIME ZONE - Please place your orders before 4pm EST to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible. In the event that an item on our website has run out of stock, we will contact you to discuss available options or substitutions, and your credit card will not be charged. Please allow 2-9 business days from the shipping date for your package to arrive. Cycle to Fitness ships to all 50 states in the U.S.A. - Currently we do NOT ship to addresses outside of the U.S.A. All purchases of $50 or more qualify for FREE ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may require an additional surcharge for shipping; you will receive an email with shipping quotes before your order is processed. For security purposes, we may contact you for authorization if your billing and shipping address do not match.
Returns Policy:
Your purchase may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be new and unopened to be eligible for a refund. Before shipping any returns, email us or give us a call at (734)266-8203 to obtain your RA number before shipping the returned item. Cycle to Fitness offers competitive pricing as well as free ground shipping on most orders - In order to keep our prices low, ALL COMPLETE BIKE, FRAME, AND APPAREL SALES ARE FINAL; we do not offer exchanges or refunds for these purchases. Apparel includes helmets and sunglasses. Please be sure to consult the manufacturer's sizing charts before purchasing, and do not hesitate to send us an email or call our store at (734)266-8203 if you are still unsure which size to order. Ryders sunglasses include a one-year manufacturer's warranty on their frames.
